Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Specific Issues: For concerns such as receiving the wrong item, damaged products (where the shipping box is intact), or missing items, customers should contact Arena within 3 days of delivery and provide supporting images or videos. In these cases, the standard 14-day return window does not apply.

It's recommended to record an unboxing video to serve as evidence for any claims.

Non-Returnable Categories

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Complaints related to taste or health issues (consult a nutritionist or the product's brand directly).

  • Products with tampered scratch codes or serial numbers.

  • Free items provided as part of a promotion without the accompanying purchased product.

  • Individual components of a combo offer.


Initiating a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out via the contact form on the Arena Help Center page, detailing the issue and including relevant images or videos.

  2. Await Approval: Once the return request is approved, a courier partner will be assigned to collect the product.

  3. Prepare the Product: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days.

  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method. For Pay on Delivery orders, bank account details will be requested to facilitate the refund.

  • Bank Processing: It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled directly through your account under the "Orders" section.

  • After Shipment: If the order is already in transit, cancellation isn't possible. However, you can refuse delivery, and for prepaid orders, a refund will be processed once the product is returned to Arena.


Damaged or Tampered Shipments

In cases where the shipping box appears damaged or tampered with:

  • At Delivery: It's advisable to reject the delivery if the package seems compromised.

  • Post-Delivery: If damage is noticed after accepting the package, contact Arena immediately with supporting images or videos to address the issue appropriately.
